 Registry hack to increase system performance?

I remember seeing a registry edit somewhere that you can do to increase the allowed system cache size. Does anybody know exactly how to make this edit?

check out myblackjack2.com
and look in the section titled "registry edits" or w/e it is.
download and install a cab file and there ya go
