 My storage and Storage card unavailable

Suddenly my omnia cannot access to both 8gb memory (internal and external). If i try to set usb to My storage WM says that it isn't available (deactivated). I read two topics here but i tried soft reset, hard reset, reflash the rom and nothing changed. Is there a way to unlock these memories, i think they are locked because if i enter in System information i can see "external memory : in use".
