 Video recording !! ??, bad sound on playback....

hi.....

When using the video recorder im getting really bad sound on playback....eg loud music just sounds distorted....and i cant tell whats being played. is there a way to resolve this problem buy using the volume control mentioned in the sticky post at the top?? like changing the volume of the mic......and if so which one would it be???

this is my only problem i have with the omnia...please please help thanks in advance aswell!! wink.gif

Hey Peahead, I have the same issue.
Playback is appalling. It's out of sync and muffled, it makes the video recording useless to me.
I wish Samsung would sort this out asap, it's terrible quality for a hight quality phone.
It would be good to know if adjusting any of the camcorder settings in the audio util would help

sorry I can't offer any help, it seems a bit of a brick wall.

i think i've solved my problem guys....in the volume control on camcoder....i changed the RVOL to 0db and i seem to have a better quality of Audio on my vids now! smile.gif

hey peahead did this solve the muffled sound you get when recording on the camcorder?, didn't make a difference for mine.

yeah i made a vid this weekend when i was out and it is alot clearer now biggrin.gif
heres my settings

mormal > camcoder

DAC(OC) -9db

SPK(O2) 0db

MPBST(22) +12db

RBST(14) +20

RVOL(12) 0db

hopes this helps wink.gif
