Hi.I dont know if any topic posted about this before.
I just discover that "welcomehead.96.png" file can be changed for customizing the boot screen on omnia. Here are some samples. Just copy the file to your windows directory,overwrite the file and soft reset.

Hi,
How can I copy the file to the \Windows ? I get a message that the original file is protected. When I try to delete the original, it says that it is inside the ROM and can not be changed... Thank you. |

You were right, The builtin explorer did the rename. it worked... Now I wonder how can I recover the original file ? since the ROM file was not deleted, I need to copy a copy of the original file to \windows then I will have a ROM file that is not pointed and a RAM file that is pointed - a waste of storage on the RAM... good that these are small files... I will try now to do some work on the PhonePad files... |
