 i can't open my onenote files on omnia

i've put a few onenote files on omnia but was unable to open them
does anyone know the reason?
i heard from one of my friends that onenote is NOT part of office mobile!?
is this ture?

i do have a onenote mobile icon in my office mobile folder
but i'm unable to open onenote files that i've copied from the computer
do u have any idea what's wrong?
