Hello everyone. As you might noticed there was a new M2D which is also ported to non-HTC devices but for QVGA resolutions.
Thanks to all the contributors on XDA and S.V.I for the M2D porting.

Thanks to WooZer for the teamwork smile.gif and finishing this.

I have made some small fixes to adjust it on WQVGA.

I cant find any big changes with before versions but why not to have the latest tongue.gif

It includes only the M2D version and nothing more. (Comm Manager, HTC Audio, HTC Album).

NOTE:
I have modified it to a better theme from the latest tf3d.
If you want to change the background and dont have my bubbles replace in \Windows\ the file hh_fw_background.png and hh_fw_focus_background.png with yours.

Please report any problems you find on the way. Good luck

Installation:

1. Uninstall any previous M2D. (It might work if you overwrite it with this cab). Better to have a clean rom instead of overwriting as some things might not work as it should.

2. Install SDKCerts: Attached File  SdkCerts.cab ( 4.6K ) Number of downloads: 1941
and REBOOT.

3. Install the following cabs with the given order (if asked for reboot do it):
A ) (All files in zip) <--> GeoServices autostart, HTC AGPS 1.0.19183131.03.WAlien, HTC GeoService 1.0.19191120.00.WAlien, HTC GoogleLocationService 1.0.1.12R1.WAlien
B ) (All files in zip) <--> HTC Concurrence Mgr 1.5.19113219, HTC DRM Middleware 1.5.19142824.00, HTC Dshow 2.0.19182129.WAlien, HTC Framework 1.1.19183729.WAlien, HTC HTCAnimation 1.3.5.0, HTC HTCMessage 1.00.281.0, HTC Scroll 2.0.19173130.WAlien, HTC Shared Modules 1.01.19143331.01
C ) (All files in zip) <--> SDK HTCSettings 1.4.1.0.WAlien, SDK Resource Proxy 1.0.19132627.WAlien
D ) (M2D in zip) <--> HTC 2DManila 2.0.19191432.04.WAlien_Sec&Wooz

Must Memory fix:
Browse to “HKLM\SOFTWARE\HTC\ResProxy” using a registry editor and change “ShareMemSize” to 0

5. Soft reset and enjoy.

Too many bugs... file mou. sad.gif

Installed it as suggested on a fresh ROM after a hard reset with no M2D v1 present.

Can't add contacts in People tab
Can't open new message in Messages tab
HTC Album and Audio Manager seem to be missing
Sound Settings, CommManager and About don't open in Settings tab
Cannot add city in Weather tab
Cannot add programs

Maybe more bugs are to be reported as well... back to M2D v1 till everything is fixed.

I have mentioned in 1st post that im not including htc album, manager and comm manager.

Although i have checked them on emulator and seem to work all except new message as mentioned.

I have used Topaz comm manager.

I have updated the 1st post with another file

Well didn't read it right. Which versions of HTC Album, Audio Manager and Comm Manager did you use? Have you checked if you can add contacts or add a city?

Installed HTC shared modules and Audio Manager and Album. (I've installed Manila first, there was no Shared Modules file, so I installed it now).
Album show AlbumSearcher.exe error, Album don't show pictures even after setting catalog as favorite, Audio Manager Works.

I've installed it as instructed, saw the same bugs that were reported by everyone else; however I had additional problems...

- The numbers on the digital clock were stacked over one another.
- I had to launch the program from the .exe in file explorer because I couldn't access it anywhere else - not even in today settings.

Any ideas on the two? I'm only otherwise running the default omnia setup and not any other shells. Should I just try and reinstall?

Thanks, sector, for your effort.
I say it again that for me there is nothing new except more bugs. biggrin.gif It would be a significant improvement over version 1 if someone can make footprints and TV tabs working. Also, new message bug is an unresolved issue.
For those who use the previous build but want to change to this new skin, just copy all picture files to your omnia.
