Hey guys,

With all of the new ROMs starting to kick around, has anyone figured out a way to get rid of the prgrams already installed on the Omnia? These programs I never use (for example: smartreader, shozu, etc ...) and they eat up my RAM. Has anyone figured out a way to make a barebones ROM?

they usually don't eat up your ram, but the rom.
some of them launch at startup, and will use the ram, you have 2 steps for this:

1- delete entries in windows\startup > no danger, you can delete them all.
2- delete entries in registry: HKLM\init > some of them will freeze your device forever, so beware.

There are still processes and threads that are launched another way, I'm still trying to find out (task switcher, touchflow clone, etc.)
