Hi, is there anybody using SKTools? I'm using it very often and I noticed that Registry otpimisation shows very high figures of lost space up to 49% and after optimisation it never goes to 0 but 17%-25%.
Was thinking that it is a bug of installed apps, but after HR I'm still having the same results 40-45% before optimisation and 15-17 after. What do you think about it?

You are wrong - it is lost space, defragmented space and not occupied by system, on all my previous devices (it was HTC devices) I had 10 - 12 % of lost space after some days of usage and always 0% after optimisation.

I thinik that the printout is wrong. This is what I have noticed:
- After a new rom has been installed and I have installed some apps and disabled some things I have a lot of wasted space (similar to what you reported > 40%) - I have not checked immediately after optimization, but the last time I checked it sai -17%. That concens me enought to not want to run it again as it may cause problems. Slighty unrelated: I noticed that there is a steady rise in repeated notifications over time. I have not looked into what is causing it, but it has been consistant with each rom. Deleting the extras seems to help prevent occasional slowdowns that I have seen when I have about 20 extra notifications - it oould of course be unrelated. |
