I tried to do a hard rest with my i900 by holding the call and end call buttons then long press the power button. I can only done it when i first switch on my device. After that I had to go to the menu to do the hard reset. surely there is something wrong in my device. This is my second i900 from CPW in 2 weeks. Can anyone suggest how to do the hard reset without entering menu pls?

Turn off the device, hold the answer and end call keys, keep holding them as you power on the device again. You will have a screen, answer key to hard rest end key no. Hope that helps
