 How to change program in mobile shell 2.1.2

install in omnia with this skin

can anyone teach me how to change the program in the program folder, cannot seems to change the program shortcut in the program folder

you can add specify file through setting

settings \ cutomize menu \

highlight the folder u want and add what u wan

when i do that, the i highlight program, i click menu > add > all disable so i cannot add.
I also cannot delete any program in the program folder as there is no + sign beside program.

yes i get that too, this is the only thing spoiling this peice of software for me at the moment, not being able to add or change programs, think i will give sbsh i launcher a try
