 Can't get on internet, internet

Hi ,
If you can help , see i have cingular perpaid and i can't get on the internet with my
mpx 200 ...(2002) OS . I can get on the internet with other phones so i know that it is possible . So how do i get it to work on the mpx 200 .

I also have cingular prepaid and an mpx200. all you need to do is install the .cab file attached to my reply.
