had to do a hard reset to wipe so bogus data showing up on the home screen. in doing that, i lost the mms function. called moto and they said the software is on the install cd---not true, or at least i can't find it. y'all have any ideas on how to get it back?
After looking at some of the older posts re: this issue, I looked at the CD that came with the phone--no MMS software on it. I actually opened the folder in My Computer to see if it was available to install but just not listed...no luck. So...any one know what I can do to get this? Hi,

Um, you're not far wrong, all I can tell you about my setup disk is that the label say's Smartphone 2002 GSM w/Outlook 2000 SR1.
SVN5078B XO9-56680 Have they stopped supplying it because we haven't got a camera ?, it looks as though the software maybe Orange, called :- jMMSBuild63_21Oct_Orange, size 792KB, send me a mail and I'll attach it in a reply. but I will delete my address tomorrow morning, Saturday 22nd April about 07-30.
