 Mpx200 is freezing at incoming call

When somebody is calling me, my telephone is freezing. I can select accept and reject, but it doesn't react to it. What's the problem?

Do you have the moto CLI app installed? The one that brings up a picture? Is it on the SD card or the phone memory? If iunstalled try removing and re-installing it to the phone.
