 Any idea if the MPx200 on Amazon is SIM locked?

Do you know if the Amazon version is SIM locked to the AT&T network?
It kind of make sense, just wanted to check if anyone knows otherwise.

Is there any generic method to unlock (SIM) SP2002 devices that might apply to the MPx200 as well?
