Device(s): T Mobile Vario III & XDA EXEC

Yesterday i installed:

- JUVS_HTC_Large_Title_Bar.cab
- SRS_WOWHD_ARM.cab
- Spb.Mobile.Shell.v1.2.0.cab

and noticed some serious decrease in speed on the device and assumed it was spb mobile shell as it is installed on the phone and cannot be installed to sd so i went on remove programs function and removed spb mobile shell. After a minute or two the phone crashed and soon came up with the warning storage memory low about 6 times and crashed completly. After a soft reset it now loads to the t-mobile splash screen and freezes with the red writing in the bottom right corner.

Anybody know what i can do other than hard reset as ive got loads of programs installed and it'll take me ages to get it back to its state.

any help very appreciated!!!!!!!! cheers

No real logic to it in my mind but how about trying to boot without the sd card/sim to see if that has any effect?

Turn it off, remove battery. Wait 10 mins to allow it to clear out the memory.

Put battery in, power it on and see if it boots up OK.

I'm using TLR's WM6.1 and found it good.

Worth trying if you still can't get your phone to boot up.

Have you tried leaving the phonr switched on for an hour? No harm in trying...

Was it a hard reset in the end then? Commiserations, I had to HR after getting caught at the splash screen by an inadvertent tinkering with Schaps Advanced Config. Tempted to try some rom cooking to reduce the amount of reinstalling and general tinkering required to get the phone how I like it.
