 How to install JMMs

Hi all, i got given my MPX200 to me by my brother, and he neglected to give me the CD, and as he is on the other side of the world now i am forced to get mms software some other way as it appears he did not install it, i downloaded jMMs from http://www.motorola.it/download/programmi/jMMSBuild70.exe however all i get is and .exe that is only 12KB big and when run just produces a black dos screen and does nothing? anyone know how to get it working or if its broken can send me the working version, my email is Jack_Chaplin@Hotmail.com.
