 WM2003SE FOR MPX200?

Why there is not a rom with WM2003SE for MPX200?? dont tell that the phone capabiliti are to slow for that because its not true. It not depend of the processor or the ram, it depend of the sotorage memory of the smart. I have a rom img and i have tested on my phone of the WM5 and it work wonderfull, but there are things that i dont like it, for example...dont leave me move the shortcuts of windows whereevere i want to move...its doest has his own task manager and explorer, thats not really a problem because i can install from other place, the real problem is that a i need ir in spanish and i cant get it, so i try to find WM2003SE and i cant get it. Why does not exist a rom for that? if its possible install a WM5 on my MPX200 i dont think that a WM2003SE would be imposible. THX :??:

WM2003 runs slower than the 2002 on the MPX200 but there is no 2003SE available as it has never been written for the MPX200.
Also as with the WM5 there are no legal ROMs availabe for download for the MPX200.
