I've got a very strange problem with my Omnia (Travel Pack version, XIHH9 from the factory): sometimes, not always, I find that even if I turned it off in standby mode, the backlight stays turned on, in a very low light level. In normal ambient light conditions it's barely noticeable, but turning off all the lights it's clealry visible. A copule of times I left the phone off all the night without being in charge, and the morning after I found it with the backlight on and the battery almost completely drained, forcing me to recharge it with the plug recharger (too bad car and USB rechargers don't work when the battery is under 10% level).

Maybe this happened to someone else too? I'm wondering if it depends on a bios bug, or some software running in background... I'll investigate the problem trying to open several programs and see if they influence this behaviour, in the meanwhile.

Update: just discovered that the today screen had "Samsung Navigator" checked (it comes with the phone). Now I turned it off, I'll see if the problem will happen again.
