 How to install i900xxhh3 on omnia

I had downloaded i900xxhh3 and its only bin file but I don't know how to install it on omnia.

likewise step by step guide will help great. also which applications require and how to do. also what to keep in mind before updating.

why you don´t upgrade with the new rom i900DXHi3 post in secany post.
is better than hh3
