 How to make the "E" not show up??

Hi,

Does anybody know how to make the "E" for edge appear as the wifi connection status symbol, thanks?

i think he is complaining that the E symbol is not showing while connected to a wifi, right?

Why would you want to have the E showing when on WiFi? They are two different things and you could be mistaken into thinking that you are using your network data connection.

Or are you trying to pretend to use a mobile network connection, when perhaps you are using someone else's WiFi when you should not be and so hiding the fact that you are?

at: Administrator
select: Network-Call Setting
select and press: Power On Attach
select: Attach >Execute
then soft reset rolleyes.gif

not the E as in you are using edge internet, the E as in you are in E area, before connecting to wifi, you have E or G or 3G as icon, then after connecting to a wifi, you'll see that the wifi icon replaces the E icon.

I don't know if thats the question, but I wanted the E icon appear where Edge connection is available or whatever is available (like G,H,3G), mine just appears when I connect! When not connected the symbol is the "not connected to the wi-fi" one =(
