 PLEASE HELP!! low memory etc.....

Please help me someone....I got the Samsung omnia for few weeks now, absolutely love it!! Except:
-I keep on getting the low memory msg!! I can't txt or take a pic....
I have deleted loads of stuff from the phone, like all the programs I know I won't use, I moved all music and pics to the 16gb memory. I deleted all my txt, emails ended all the tasks and it's still coming up!!! It's so annoyig. How can I make the phone use the 16 gb memory all the time and not the small
memory??!!
-I want to use my own pics as wallpaper but they way to big and I end up with a half face missing!! I made the pics smaller but it still doesnt work...
-I want to change the widget icons as I only use couple that are on it now, is that possible?
-I've been trying to use my camera on night mode, I kept on pressing the icon but don't think the phone remember the setting...
-I can't listen to music when on silent mode+ my alarm won't ring as well, was late to work cos of it!!!

when you launch a program and close it, WM still keeps them running in the background, make sure you kill unwanted programs running in background using TaskManager (you can safely end task all of them). Press and hold the right side top key to show all the apps running or you you can do the same from 'Settings' menu.
