I can download the files to my computer, but then get
"The Movie Could Not Be Opened. An invalid sample description was found in the movie."

Does any one know how to address this?

Thanks,
Ken

Sounds like you don't have the appropriate codec for the file.

I'm not that familiar with Macs, but are there any programs to identify what codec a video file requires? There's GSpot for PCs.
