 Dialing Phone from desktop PC?

:?: Does anybody know if its possible to get software which allows you to use the phone from your desktop PC :?:

I find that its quite fiddly to use the phone when its in its cradle but don't find the voicetag dialing option functional enough. Ideally one could run some software that would show a simulated image of the phone itself on the monitor of a desktop PC so that you could effectively use all of the phones functions remotely.

Does this exist already? Is somebody developing it? Any ideas?

I searched but alas couldn't find anything. I'm going to put it down to the fact that I don't know my way around modaco yet. Cheers for the link, downloading it now.
