 Completely disable software keyboard!

I have a WM6 phone with qwerty physical keyboard and the WM software keyboard continues to automatically popup in inappropriate moments.
Is there a freeware program that eliminate the software keyboard from the face of earth??!

I've never used these myself, but there are at least two options, both of which work in the same way - by creating an on-screen keyboard which takes up no space:

Beemer's NullKeyboard

Ext keyboard SIP
