 hard reset ... lost all info... can it be retrieved ??? please help

i was having a issue with google maps and a friend of mine said oh i can fix that just do a reset ... well needless to say now every thing is gone and i need it back please help

It's time you learned the fine art of the "back hand," because your friend needs one about now. As far as I know, what ever synced with your computer should be retrievable and whatever other back ups you had, though it sounds like there aren't any... ohmy.gif

Hard reset is usually the last resort - after trying: powering it off/on; or, uninstalling, powering down, on, and then reinstalling.

Nope. Its all gone. You may still have stuff on your sim card. Here is an idea, your last phone might have contacts on it, try it out. Good luck
