Question About Setting UP my Canadian version Moto Q9H |

I have a Fido version Moto Q9H. Does anyone know how to reset my phone to the default setting?
Moreover, I have tried couple method to unlock my GPS such as the modaco hacks, GPSID... However, my phone always shows up a message the file is for older version of windows mobile. Can someone help me to solve the problems? Thank You All!!!! |

Hi , i just received my Moto Q9h , from fido ....and i have tried this MODaCo hacks , same didnt work for me ............r u still looking for solution for GPS / WIFI ??? have you tried micro SD WiFi b/g ...?? please help , if u have any information regarding this ...thx |

Firstly, you can ignore the 'older version' message.
To 'hard reset' (i.e. factory default), either... - Select Master Reset from 'System Tools' - With the device powered off, press and hold the E and Z buttons and then press the power button  P -------------------- Paul O'Brien - Microsoft MVP, Mobile Devices, MoDaCo.network Founder.
