Can't see sms and email messages when I open them. |

Hi, Has anyone run across a problem that you can see the email or sms on the message list but when you go to the message I have a black screen. Anythoughts? thanks

hello there,
I hope I can help. Do you have any 3rd party apps that could be interfering? Also, I wonder if a hard reset would do the trick, (it will delete all your personal info., press up and the ON/OFF button at the same time. If that doesn't help, take your phone back and ask for a refund. -hagie92 |

I know of a progam called sprite backup that may work well for you.
Also, the installation CD that came with the BJ2 has a program called Media Wizard 3.0 that can backup your emails and SMS messages. Hope it helps, Hagie92 |

Isn't this just the problem caused by, IIRC, attachments being stored on the memory card being corrupted?
Jeyo Outlook extender will back up SMS and, presumably your emails are already synced with Outlook? Just delete your message store on your memory card and re-sync. -------------------- He who asks a question looks foolish for 5 minutes. He who doesn't ask a question remains foolish forever.

Is there a more direct way to fix what is wrong with it? I don't have my sms stored on my memory card i think. |
