 bug in version number checking

Hi,

I think that I discovered a bug in AppToDate using specific versioning formating.

For beta version I used <version>0.4b1</version> until <version>0.4b3</version>. AppToDate was working correctly and showed that a new version was available.

However now that I released the final using <version>0.4</version> it shows it in the list as being uptodate and installed but in fact it is not.
