 help i300, mp3 ringtones

i upgraded from the c500 to the i300. thought i wouldnt be impressed but i am. it is an improvement. like having an ipod squeezed into my phone.
one problem though.
does anyone know how to set an mp3 song as a ringtone?
pse pse help
the standard ringtones are pants, big stained flowery y-fronts. biggrin.gif

Hello,

the mp3 has to be in the phone's flash memory and not on the HDD. Copying the track to the memory from the HDD hangs so copy it again from your computer. Then, just browse to it under settings/sounds/ringtone.

Hi Richard,

How do I transfer to the flash memory on my computer? I have been trying most folders but they all say they do not have enough space to transfer the file over? Also, Is there any free photo contacts software floating around?

Hi Richard...
Are you sure, to make mp3 ringtone on i300 should be on Flash?
If it's ok, I will buy trans-flash to make over my device.
