Picsel Viewer preinstalled or on CD? |

I wonder if the Picsel Viewer that comes with the i300 is preinstalled on the phone or comes extra on a CD. Can anyone tell me?
(Maybe we can also install it on our i_Mate Sp5s and QTeks if it comes extra on CD  )
