 i300 Keeps Freezing

Ok, I love this phone, but I have a major problem that started happening after the phone crashed. When i go to check my smses or call history the phone will freeze randomly, like sometimes its fine and other times it freezes, anyone have any solution to this problem?

This started after my phone came down with "unlock" disease where there isnt enough memory or something. It might be related but not sure, dont feel like formatting again.
