Okay so I recently managed to install Windows XP on to my little Eee PC 701 (4GB). After a few tries and errors (on my own accord), it was installed with 2.43 GB space left over. So I figured well I'll install a bunch of Portable Apps (from portableapps.com) and keep as much space as I can on the actual SSD. But when I stuck my 2GB SD Card into the Eee, nothing happened. The computer will no longer recongnize it. I've tried restarting, I installed all the drvers from the disc Asus provided, and nothing. Any suggestions?

P.S. As a future reference don't do disk compression. For me it ate up 400MB so that was one reason I had to reinstall XP more than once.
