Welcome to the forums.

Is the phone new? Or could someone before have changed it? Was it bought from Proximus?

The network name should come from the network you are connected to.

Can you go to Start->Settings->Phone->Networks and see which network you are actually using?

I dont know if this is the kind of answer you are after but I followed Pauls Tip Of The Week to change my operator from T-Mobile to Virgin. Hope this helps.

There are a few ways of changing it but if no one has touched it before there is a problem.
