 Internet Problems

First off, my sincere apologies if this is a repeat question.

The internet on my phone seems to have quit working. Whenever I go to google maps or Internet Explorer, it can't connect or tells me I need a data plan or something. However, it has worked before. Specifically, I was able to download TeleNAV (which also won't work now because of my internet).

I've been working to get my GPS going...the phone's builtin gps test is working, but due to the net problem, I can't get anything else to work.

the app unlock software caused the internet on my phone to stop working. i had to do a hard reset to get it to work again. i tried a few times with the same results. you could do a hard reset, but i think you will lose all you installed apps.

Hard reset!!!!!!!!!!!!...........unfortunately this is the only way I think. Registry wont change it. I hate to say it but backup your phone before you play!!!!!! sad.gif

Ok then, can someone point me to a tutorial on doing a hard reset, and tell or point me to something about what exactly i will lose when I do so?

EDIT: Nevermind, I got it. Now to actually do it...lol

EDIT2: Hard reset worked, I got internet now. And the GPS works too...yay! Thanks guys...now to find an offline GPS app smile.gif
