I use Google Calendar.. I check it many times daily from Opera on my phone and on the computer at home. Would it be possible to somehow integrate Google Calendar into the built-in Calendar/Appointments feature on my BJII? I know you can sync it with Outlook, but that would require plugging the phone into a computer for an update constantly. Thanks

I don't think it's possible to integrate it into Window Mobile devices.

But if you look at Google's suite of applications:
Googlemail
Google Calendar
Google Apps
Google Search
Google Maps

Surely integrating those into a handset would be pretty amazing .... cue Google Android handsets. I can't wait!

My apologies, I didn't realise there were third party tools available to do so.

Still GooSync sounds a bit pervy to me!

Actually, Google just recently released their own sync program, Google Calender Sync. I use it to sync my Google Calendar with Outlook, then use ActiveSync to sync those changes to the phone.

Another alternative if you want direct phone <-> Google Calendar sync is OggSync Mobile. www.oggsync.com It works quite well if you've got an unlimited data plan and no need for A/S.

I may have to try that one.

I have SyncMyCal Mobile installed. It works well, but in order to have it update automatically and update more than +/- 3 days, you have to buy the $25 full version. Does Ogg Sync do all that for free?

I use ScheduleWorld.com to sync google cal to their calendar and then use funambol client to sync with schedule world. funambol does timed syncs and works great. it also handles multiple google calendars (which goosync, oggsync, etc) charge for.

I'd second Goosync. I use it, allows a very efficent sync of your calendar to google, and there is no software to install on your home PC, thus Outlook is not needed.
