 Touchscreen issues

My MDA Vario III is acting up these days im using the original rom, problems is at times when i press the touchscreen the responce is in the wrong place, this happens randomly not all the time especially annoying when today i tried to call the bank to wort out an issue and when it says press 'X' for this option i press like 3 but 6 or 9 gets effected, annoying as times it gets really common then not, not sure if i can go to t-mobile because i see myself standing there pressing the screen randomly in store and it working perfectly but thats what im gonna be my last ditch effort if this dosen't get me any help, so far tried several hard resets, problem there before install any programs, i have played with the sensitivity settings using kaisertweak, nothing.
Also when scrooling ie, file explorer, etc using touchflo if i press on screen and drag while its scrolling at the same time it registers me holding the screen down so the 'hold menu' pops up or when scrolling the program menu i sometimes open programs i didn't want to really annoying if it something that takes time to open.

Help plz.

have you modified the touchflo settings?

They are in the settings file, which you can edit with word on your mobile.

No i have no idea how to didn't even know it was possible its a problem that came out of nowhere.
Edit : Where is this document and what should it look like could you post what is writen in yours so i compare with mine?

I remember I got this from another site (xda), by installing some other touch flo software.

well that place wasn't to helpful jerks went straight to the stupid i make fun of other peoples inconveniences game they play i mean no one there mentioned this touchflo settings document there and its the first reply i get here.
