so have i heh...not sure where. xda dev people say its either battery status... or rl today.
out of yours it might be the i718 samsung clock( link 1) but it doesn't show bluetooth toggle or wifi.
it could be rltoday if that has control over bluetooth.

It looks like some type of today plugin on O2 phones. I've seen some pictures of xda flame with that plugin (http://www.balootisme.com/wp-content/uploa...iew-image-5.jpg and http://www.theunwired.net/media/column/o2_..._xda_flame2.jpg ) I am not sure what it's called or where you can get it but maybe someone with O2 phone will know more.
