 Installing TomTom 6 from SD card onto HTC Touch Diamond, How I did it (in case it helps anyone)

Hi all

I had quite an adventure installing TomTom Navigator 6 on my HTC Touch Diamond. I bought the version that comes on a Mini SD card and the Diamond doesn't have an external card slot. I thought it'd be as easy as just copying the card contents over and installing... but it wasn't!! I ran into a few problems that I've read about other people experiencing on various forums so, having got it working, I thought I'd document what I did in case it helps anyone else.
