getting "Unexpected program failure" error.

I got this one to load and play a video without crashing..

edit:

I had some trouble ever getting this to work with the flash bundle, so I did some more searching and found that the last post here has 2 links. After removing the one I listed above and installing the 2 files I downloaded from rapidshare, I was able to play a flash video..
