ok compared to the original ROM i have seen this differences:
vibrates also when typing
new animations rotating the phone
menu feels more responding
scrolling works better(not opening the application u don't want when scrolling for example)
menu screen as an arrow in the bottom so the menu screens are actually 2
one icon missing in the connections screen but can't remember wich one is missing tongue.gif (now 12 icons before 13)
faster overall

don't have that, i have only international settings for currency selection etc etc
i don't know if u can change language adding other extra files

don't know why downloading the xtra info for the gps doesn't work( there is the loading icon in the middle of the screen but just doesn't go away)

Nope, the screenshots posted by Secany were from rom i900XBHI5, not this XIHH9 one
