 Has anyone ever flashed their omnia on Windows Vista?, I have no access to a PC with Windows XP

I want to flash my omnia, has anyone had success in doing so with Vista?


If so which rom version?

you could use VMware and run windows xp in the virtual machine and then flash the omnia...otherwise it would have to be with the Vista updaters from the samsung official updates page. I think there's an Italian ROM updater for vista on secany's thread as well. oh im now on HI1 by the way...updating to HI2 soon

well i do have a virtual machine with xp on it, but how do you get the vm to recognize usb connections?

I haven't done any upgrades but there is a Vista Modem Driver on the Omnia upgrade site.
