AppToDate users![]() Klaxon Home Page If anyone experiences a bug with Klaxon, please post a description of the bug, steps to reproduce the problem, and attach the \Program Files\Klaxon\Klaxon.txt file to the post. I have discontinued development on the original UI. This alarm program is designed for a phone that has a high resolution display and sensor capabilities. TO DO:
Version 2.0.0.23
I'm also looking for someone to design a skin or two for Klaxon, as well as a new icon! Please contact me if you are interested! Version 2.0.0.21
Version 2.0.0.20
Version 2.0.0.19
Version 2.0.0.17
Download and extract the new TestSkin into \Program Files\Klaxon\TestSkin to use as a base to create your own skins. TestSkin looks exactly like the default Klaxon skin. If you want to install the TestSkin, your directory structure should look like this image: http://koushikdutta.blurryfox.com/KlaxonDi...ryStructure.jpg Version 2.0.0.11
Version 2.0.0.9
Version 2.0.0.6
Version 2.0.0.5
Using Klaxon is pretty straightforward; it's more or less like the standard Clocks and Alarms application. You can download Klaxon from my website. This post has been edited by Koush: Oct 21 2008, 19:25 |

Very good news! Do I need to use htc emulator or not to make it work? No, the Sensor API supports the Omnia natively now. Just install and go Using the HTC DLL may break things though- it doesn't support orientation change notifications to the registry, so the Flip action to snooze would not work. |

NOW TAKING FEATURE REQUESTS! I have few ideas (UI speed and ergonomy): - add to settings default "snooze" time for newly created alarms (so user can use own, not only 10 minutes) - there are not used three touch actions for alarm item on the list: tap alarm item, double tap and hold. my proposal is: double tap = enable/disable sel. alarm (this is intuitive and 2 click less than disabling by editing alarm settings; additionally double tap is relatively proof to unintentionally alarm disabling) hold = edit alarm (or some kind of context menu) tap = selection what do you think about this speed-ups? edit: and another: - ability for user to assign hardware button for "snooze" and one power related idea: - option to not turn on screen, but only wait for a use of any hardware button and turn on afterwards displaying current time and option to snooz/off/etc.. QUOTE NOW TAKING FEATURE REQUESTS! Thanks for the program...! Is it possible to make it compatible with S2U2? (So that the S2U2 screen displays the alarms set). Thanks! |
