 Shares in Orange SA and Microsoft Corp down

Just noticed that shares in Microsoft were down 7.4%, despite them announcing profits up and their first dividend payout.

Wondering if it's anything to do with the virus articles seeping around regarding the SPV?

Orange SA was down 1.9%.

Now I hope that Orange will not stop selling the SPV... and T-Mobile Germany Will not differ the launch of its smartphone :?

The drop in share price is due to OFTEL (the UK telecom regulator) telling mobile networks that they must reduce the cost of cross network calls.
