 Making SDHC flash card hot-swapable

Anyone have been tried to brake off this two little tooths to make SDHC card hot-swapable?

it may work, but i dont think anyone will break their phone for that~~~after u break those two things, u may end up having a slot that can't hold the MicroSD anymore.

In my opinion is not hot swappable. You need allways a soft reset. Thats why you need to pull off the battery. I already had this 'issue' with my old Ipaq RW6815 and a cooked rom WINMO 6.1 professional.

I dig into this and found that, unfortunately, you have right. Our Omnias microSDHC slot is not hot-swappable.
After inserting card into slot when device is on then card is not recognized and nothing happens.
Even if you turn on device with inserted card - it will be recognized and listed - and remove it from slot then My Storage Card is not unmounted and all directory's structure remain accessible even after card removal. And trying launch any file from this "ghost" card leads device to hang.
