ok I have smartphone with the mtk os on it can i take it off and put a different os on there like windows or something else??? huh.gif

Unfortunately not, the OS is hardware dependant so you would have to find a similar device with the OS already in place otherwise an attempt to flash with a different OS would end up bricking the device.
