 bj2 cant get omapclock.exe to work

i have a ew bj2(att) have dwnld tornadopower control @ omapclockplus_ompaclock.pretty much all ver. it still gives io error.used gps unlocker(from myblacjack2.com).anybody know how to fix?
would app complete inst if poss.
