 Console emulators for touchscreen only

i was wandering if there are any console emulators for only touch screens phone based on windows mobile OS.
i ask this because there are some phones on the market and others that are coming out this summer based on touch screen only.
similar to iphone.

that is, without a Dh-Pad. Some emus like SmartGear and FinalBurn do support using the touchscreen as the D-Pad. I really recommend reading my emulation-related Bibles; I've explained all this in them
