 Can you power a device from your pocket pc?

This might seem like a strange question but is it possible to power an auxillary device from your pocket pcs mini usb outlet? I have an HTC Kaiser and was wondering if I could use it to power a bluetooth audio reciever because the receiver has a mini usb power socket on it. Or will power only go into a pocket pc and not come out?
