According to this story @ Theregister. The two tarrifs have 10MB and 1GB of data as well. It's aimed at the people who (like me) use a device such as a Windows Mobile or Iphone as a secondary phone.

I know that I'll be signing up to the £5 a month one as soon as possible. It'll be made offical next week.
