April 17, 2006 – VITO Technology updates VITO AudioNotes to v. 1.1. Now it’s become easier to make your voice notes on the go and manage them with minimum keystrokes. Recently released AudioNotes has already received a lot of feedback from the avid PPC and Smartphone users and turned out to be a real must have application.

VITO AudioNotes is a WM 2003/ WM 5.0 Smartphone and Pocket PC recorder that supports major world-wide spread formats: WAV and MP3. It records voice notes either in MP3 or WAV with different quality – low, middle or high. Apart from taking voice notes, VITO AudioNotes is especially good at recording phone calls on Windows Mobile 5.0 Smartphones.

Among indispensable features VITO AudioNotes offers you are: VAS (voice activated system) for gapless recording and Mic Auto Gain for increased microphone sensitivity. So that you don’t need to shout to record every word and when you keep silent recording pauses. User-friendly interface realized in form of control panels gives you full control of recording and playing your voice notes, lectures or phone calls.

Among new features presented in VITO AudioNotes there is an append option that allows you to continue recording to the same file after it has been stopped. Calls auto recording is self-explanatory: all you need now to automatically record incoming and outgoing calls is just have VITO AudioNotes running in background. Interface has also been tuned up: incoming and outgoing calls have the familiar differing icons and the corresponding name or phone number from your contacts.

I have purchased this prigram and have only two gripes one minor one major

first the minor I cant get any of the skins to functions big deal though I quite like the default

now the major yes it records call fantastic but obly if you remeber to turn on audionotes befor answering or making a call

couldnt you make it switch on when incoming and out going calls are placed or maybe make it auto start at boot up but hidden in some way so that the task manager does not register it as running that way when you kill all applets it leaves the program running so as to record the calls.

also if you do this the exit button would need to return the program to hidden mode and a new option of quit added to the menu to stop it running altogether.

also the option menu would need the option to start with boot up too.

hope to see an improvement on this some time soon

other than that its one of my essential programs now

ok not that i recon I will get a response considering the length of time my last post has gone un answered aswell as the email I sent to vito on the same day but.....

I have a problem with audionotes if I start it while in headset profile (plug in not Bluetooth) it does not start correctly it just opens then closes striaght away (could not spell imediatley *see*)

once the headset is unpluged it continues to have the same problem untill all files are removed to do with audionotes then reinstalled

this needs fixing please as well as the implimentation of the above suggestions
